§ 14554

Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 681, Sec. 19. Effective January 1, 2002.

The adult day health care provider shall maintain a complete standard medical record for each participant, including records of treatment rendered by a subcontractor, according to specifications established by the department and as may be further specified by the California Department of Aging.
