§ 14703

Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 34, Sec. 246. (SB 1009) Effective June 27, 2012. Conditionally inoperative as provided in Section 14721.

Contracts entered into pursuant to this chapter shall be exempt from the requirements of Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 10100) and Chapter 2 (commencing with section 10290) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code.
