§ 16924

Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 1331, Sec. 9. Effective October 2, 1989.

The Controller shall distribute to hospitals the funds appropriated for the purposes of this chapter within 60 days from the effective date of this chapter provided that the office has certified that the hospital is in compliance with this section.
