§ 16530

Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 86, Sec. 52. (AB 153) Effective July 16, 2021. Conditionally inoperative as prescribed by its own provisions.

This chapter shall be inoperative in any fiscal year for which funding is not appropriated in the annual Budget Act for the purpose of complying with the requirements of Sections 16527 and 16529.
