§ 1884

Added by Stats. 2011, Ch. 243, Sec. 3. (SB 664) Effective January 1, 2012.

At the time the application certificate is first submitted to the commissioner, such corporation shall also submit a duly authenticated copy of its charter, or articles, and its bylaws.
