§ 2200.5

Added by Stats. 2003, Ch. 240, Sec. 4. Effective August 13, 2003.

For the purposes of this chapter, “lead agency” means the city, county, San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, or the board that has the principal responsibility for approving a surface mining operation or reclamation plan pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 2710).
