§ 2208

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 236, Sec. 7. (SB 831) Effective January 1, 2026.

The department may at any time enter or examine any and all mines, quarries, wells, mills, reduction works, refining works, and other mineral properties or working plants in this state in order to gather data to comply with this chapter.
