The ballots shall contain a general statement of the proposals to be voted on, including the amount of bonds proposed to be issued for each purpose, but an informality in the statement shall not vitiate the election. To the right of or below each proposal, the words “Yes” and “No” shall be printed on separate lines, with voting targets.
