§ 30513

Added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 179.

Notwithstanding Section 30500 or any other provision of this division, each member of the board of directors of the Canebrake County Water District in San Diego County, whether elected or appointed, shall be either a voter of the district or an owner of land within the district.
