§ 31302

Added by Stats. 1949, Ch. 274.

The auditor shall draw warrants to pay demands made against the district when the demands have been approved or authorized by the board, or at least three members thereof, and by the general manager; or, in his absence or inability to act, by an officer or director therefor authorized by the board.
