§ 35110

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 923, Sec. 246. Effective January 1, 1995.

As soon as the result of the canvass by the county elections official is declared, the county elections official shall prepare and mail to the board of supervisors the statement prescribed in Section 10550 of the Elections Code.
