§ 43160

The records and all documents, instruments, or other papers filed with the department, commission, or board, or a copy or copies of any thereof certified by the department, commission, or secretary, shall be received in evidence without further proof in any court of this State, or before any board or tribunal authorized to hear or consider a matter wherein the same are properly admissible in evidence.
