§ 47960

Amended by Stats. 1965, Ch. 217.

The provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 46670) of this part with reference to the method of collection of assessments shall not be applicable to the collection of assesments under this chapter in the event that the board elects to proceed under Section 47930 of this code.
