All rentals collected or moneys received from lease of parcels sold to the county treasurer as trustee for the district pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 4 of this part or for the use or occupation of such parcels, less the expenditures authorized by subdivisions (a) and (d) of Section 51754, shall be deposited in the county treasury to the credit of the bond fund of the district if the district is in default for interest or principal payment on any bonds issued by it.
