§ 1745

Added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 481, Sec. 1. Effective January 1, 1993.

As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)“Person” includes a public agency.
(b)“Water supplier” means a local public agency or private company supplying or storing water, or a mutual water company.
