§ 2600

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 422, Sec. 8. (SB 697) Effective January 1, 2026.

After all investigations of water use have been completed and the time for filing proofs of claims has expired, the board shall prepare a report describing the water supply and abstracting the claim of water right of each claimant.
