§ 75760

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.

The owner or owners in fee of one or more tracts of land which constitute a portion of a district and which severally or in their entirety are contiguous to the exterior boundaries of the district may jointly or severally file with the board a petition, praying that such tract or tracts, and any other tracts contiguous thereto, be excluded from the district.
