§ 75812

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.

The assent shall be filed with the board, and shall be recorded in the minutes of the board; and such minutes, or a copy thereof, certified by the secretary, shall be admissible in evidence, with the same effect as the assent, and such certified copy thereof may be recorded in the office of the county recorder of the county wherein the excluded lands are situated.
