§ 74504

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 75.

A district shall cause such work to be done and shall acquire such property as the board deems necessary or advisable to accomplish the purposes of the district, and the board shall estimate the cost thereof, together with rights-of-way for the purpose of ingress to and egress from the works of the district.
