§ 79122.4

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

The board may transfer unallocated funds from the State Revolving Fund Loan Subaccount to the State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund created pursuant to Section 13477 for the purposes of meeting federal requirements for state matching funds to provide loans in accordance with the Clean Water Act.
