§ 79142.6

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

All principal and interest payments received pursuant to loan contracts executed pursuant to this article shall be deposited in the subaccount for the purposes of this article, and shall not be transferred to the General Fund.
