§ 79201.5

Added by Stats. 1999, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. Approved in Proposition 13 at the March 7, 2000, election.

Nothing in this article shall be construed to address the allocation of benefits from projects or programs funded by this article. It is anticipated that this issue will be settled in the CALFED process or by the Legislature by statute.
