§ 9010

Added by Stats. 1943, Ch. 369.

Any compensation made to any municipal corporation, or person, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall be applied toward the payment of any assessment upon any tract of land assessed for any particular portion or project owned by the municipal corporation, or person.
