§ 4495

Amended by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1262, Sec. 3.

Wherever the term “superintendent” appears, the term shall be deemed to mean clinical director, except in Sections 4450, 4466, 4467, 4469, 7281, and 7289, where the term shall be deemed to mean hospital administrator.
