§ 11155.4

Amended by Stats. 2007, Ch. 622, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2008.

The principal and interest in an individual development account established in accordance with the federal requirements of Section 604(h) of Title 42 of the United States Code or established by a statewide individual development account program shall be exempt from consideration when determining or redetermining eligibility and the amount of CalWORKs assistance.
