§ 14132.45

Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1555, Sec. 8.

Regulations implementing, interpreting, or making specific the provisions of subdivision (z) of Section 14132 shall not be subject to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
