Targeted case management services to which Sections 14132.44 and 14132.47 does not apply, and as specified in Section 1915(g) of the federal Social Security Act, as amended by Public Law 99-272 (42 U.S.C. Section 1396n(g)), shall be covered as a benefit under this chapter, subject to utilization controls, for the following populations:
(a)Persons served by regional centers administered by the State Department of Developmental Services.
(b)Persons served in other programs administered by the State Department of Developmental Services.
(c)Persons receiving services pursuant to Section 14021.3.
(d)Persons in programs determined appropriate by the director.
