§ 14132.73

Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 782, Sec. 13. (AB 1733) Effective January 1, 2013.

The State Department of Health Care Services shall allow psychiatrists to receive fee-for-service Medi-Cal reimbursement for services provided through telehealth in accordance with the Medicaid state plan.
