§ 14133.225

Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 469, Sec. 3. Effective October 4, 2005.

Notwithstanding any other law, the department shall not provide or pay for any prescription drug or other therapy to treat erectile dysfunction for any person who is required to register pursuant to Section 290 of the Penal Code, except to the extent required under federal law. The department may require from the Department of Justice the information necessary to implement this section.
