Funds shall be advanced monthly to the respective counties for costs of administration of the Medi-Cal program in the manner prescribed in Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 15000).

Funds may be advanced monthly to the respective counties for the costs of care under the provisions of this chapter upon the order of the Director of Finance and the State Director of Health Services utilizing resources made available through the Health Care Deposit Fund.

County welfare departments shall submit administrative claims for the Medi-Cal program in

accordance with procedures described in Section 10604.5.
