§ 14158.5

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 268, Sec. 56.4. Effective June 30, 1984.

Funds appropriated for purposes of this chapter and Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 14200), shall fully cover and shall not exceed the state’s share of payments under this chapter and Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 14200), for the costs of medical care and services, county administration, and fiscal intermediary services. The state’s share of the costs of medical care and services, county administration, and fiscal intermediary services shall be determined pursuant to a plan approved by the Director of Finance and certified to by the director.
