Notwithstanding any other law, the repeal of this chapter renders the board subject to review by the appropriate policy committees of the Legislature.
Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 414, Sec. 9. (AB 2685) Effective January 1, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 8.2, commencing with Section 3610.
This chapter shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed.
