Amended by Stats. 1968, Ch. 104.
The bylaws shall provide for:
(a)The manner of voting in person or by proxy.
(b)The qualifications and duties of officers, the tenure of their office, and the time and manner of their appointment or election, insofar as not provided for in the Uniform District Election Law.
(c)The compensation of officers.
