Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 390.
The by-laws shall also provide for:
(a)The location of the district office.
(b)The method of changing the location of the office.
(c)The method of amending or repealing the by-laws.
(d)Suitable penalties for the violation of the by-laws not to exceed in any one case two hundred dollars ($200) for any one offense.
