§ 4501

Amended by Stats. 2024, Ch. 590, Sec. 8. (AB 3255) Effective January 1, 2025. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, by its own provisions.
(a)As used in this chapter, “board” means the Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians of the State of California.
(b)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
