§ 4809.7

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 195, Sec. 3. (AB 1502) Effective January 1, 2026.

The board shall establish a regular inspection program that will provide for random announced or unannounced inspections of veterinary premises. The board shall make every reasonable effort to ensure veterinary premises are inspected in a timely manner.
