§ 4990.01

Added by Stats. 2025, Ch. 787, Sec. 74. (SB 775) Effective January 1, 2026.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the repeal of Section 4990 renders the board subject to review by the appropriate policy committees of the Legislature.
