§ 7509.3

Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 740, Sec. 12. (AB 281) Effective January 1, 2016. Section operative July 1, 2017, by its own provisions.
(a)The bureau shall provide the Collateral Recovery Disciplinary Review Committee all evidence used by the bureau in reaching its decision prior to any review or appeal of that decision by the committee.
(b)This section shall become operative on July 1, 2017.
