§ 7639.12

Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 846, Sec. 4. (AB 967) Effective January 1, 2018. Section operative July 1, 2020, pursuant to Section 7639.19.

A licensed hydrolysis facility shall not prohibit relatives or the responsible party from viewing the hydrolysis process.
