§ 7652.2

Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 395, Sec. 19. (AB 180) Effective January 1, 2016.

The cemetery licenses of both broker and salesperson shall be prominently displayed in the office of the broker.

The cemetery salesperson’s license shall remain in the possession of the licensed cemetery broker employer until canceled or until the salesperson leaves the employ of the broker.
