§ 8507.1

Amended by Stats. 2014, Ch. 560, Sec. 11. (SB 1244) Effective January 1, 2015.
(a)(1) “Structural pest control applicator” is any individual who is licensed by the board to apply pesticides in Branch 2 or Branch 3 on behalf of a registered company.
(2)A structural pest control applicator shall not contract for pest control work or perform pest control work in his or her own behalf.
(b)As used in this chapter, “applicator” refers to “structural pest control applicator.”
