§ 9889.21

(a)Any person who violates any provision of Article 5 (commencing with Section 9887.1), Article 6 (commencing with Section 9888.1), Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 9888.5), and Article 7 (commencing with Section 9889.1) of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and punishable as specified in subdivision (a) of Section 42001 of the Vehicle Code.
(b)This section shall remain operative only until six months after the effective date of the regulations adopted pursuant to Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 9888.5) and as of that date is repealed.

(a)Any person who violates any provision of Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 9888.5) and Article 7 (commencing with Section 9889.1) of this chapter is guilty of an infraction and punishable as specified in subdivision (a) of Section 42001 of the Vehicle Code.
(b)This section shall become operative six months after the effective date of the regulations adopted pursuant to Article 6.5 (commencing with Section 9888.5).
