§ 6061.5

Added by Stats. 2006, Ch. 534, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 2007.

A law school that is not accredited by the examining committee of the State Bar may refer to itself as a university or part of a university and, if it so refers to itself, shall state whether or not the law school is associated with an undergraduate school.
