§ 6770.5

Added by Stats. 2004, Ch. 691, Sec. 19.6. Effective January 1, 2005. Section conditionally operative on January 1, 2008, pursuant to Section 6770.6.

The board may adopt regulations to further define the reporting requirements of Sections 6770, 6770.1, and 6770.2.
