§ 10073

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 786, Sec. 5. (SB 774) Effective January 1, 2026.

The commissioner shall employ deputies, clerks, and employees as needed to discharge in the proper manner the duties imposed upon the commissioner by law.
