§ 12246

Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 575, Sec. 2. (AB 1304) Effective January 1, 2024. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 2.1, commencing with Section 12240.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2029, and as of that date is repealed.
