§ 19054

Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 1137, Sec. 36. Effective January 1, 1997.

Every upholstered-furniture manufacturer, bedding manufacturer, upholstered-furniture and bedding manufacturer, or bedding renovator, unless he or she holds an importer’s license, shall hold a furniture and bedding manufacturer’s license.
