§ 19605.52

Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 275, Sec. 2. (AB 1074) Effective January 1, 2024.

Notwithstanding subdivision (a) of Section 19605, and Section 19605.1, any fair in the Counties of Kern, Shasta, or Stanislaus may, with the approval of the Department of Food and Agriculture and the authorization of the board, subject to the conditions specified in Section 19605.3, operate one satellite wagering facility within the boundaries of that fair.
