§ 37920

All powers in this part are subject to review and approval by the San Luis Obispo County Local Agency Formation Commission, upon formation, change of organization, or reorganization under the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000 (Division 3 (commencing with Section 56000) of Title 5 of the Government Code).
