§ 37930

Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 350, Sec. 1. (AB 2453) Effective January 1, 2015.

The district may recommend and encourage wastewater reuse and other water development projects, if those projects will enhance and contribute to the responsible management of groundwater resources, as part of its annual plan for implementation of groundwater management objectives.
